What We Do
Our Mission
Our Vision
Utilizing a harm reduction approach, we strive to reduce chronic homelessness in Metro Atlanta, and connect those in need with the resources they need.
Our Values
Dignity and Worth of All
We respect the value of all people without expectation or judgement.
Autonomy
We honor the self-determination and assets of every individual.
Harm Reduction
We employ measurable, evidence-based strategies to reduce chronic homelessness and help people dealing with active addiction get access to the life-saving resources they need.
Community
We cultivate trust and leverage peer relationships through mutual respect, advocacy, and autonomy.
Programs to HELP Those in NEED
BASIC NEEDS
Thanks to our partners and donors, The Elizabeth Foundation distributes food, clothing, hygiene supplies, first aid, and other resources to our clients at our weekly outreach, and at other times as the need arises.

HARM REDUCTION
The Elizabeth Foundation provides syringe exchange services, Narcan (overdose prevention) medication distribution and training, clean and sanitary injection supplies, and fentanyl test strips to those in our community who use injection drugs. We also provide HIV and Hepatitis testing and referral for services as needed.
LINKAGE & REFERRAL
We work with our clients to connect them with agencies to assist with housing, addiction counseling, rehabilitation, legal aid, mental health services, veterinarian services, etc. Our services are based on the relationships we have built and are tailored to the needs of each individual.

The Elizabeth Foundation is always in need of your donations.
Your tax-deductible financial contributions are appreciated. Please use the Donate button above for direct financial donations. We are also looking for material donations – non-perishable food, clothing, tents, medical supplies, hygiene supplies, etc. You can use our Amazon wish-list as a guide, or contact us to find out the best way to get your donations to us. We are always looking for service donations – medical, legal, mental health, etc. The needs are real.
